Storm clouds in Seneca, SC.

Sunday, September 22, 2024. Went back to Seneca, Sc yesterday to mow at my house and visit with my mom. I had some extra time so took these random pictures of clouds using my GoPro Hero 9 that is mounted to my windshield.

My GoPro is setup on voice commands so I can drive and either get still pictures or take a video clip without taking my attention off driving.  I also have a remote device that's connected to the GoPro that I can use to start and stop videos or take a photo without using the voice commands. This is what I use when I'm in storm chase mode so I can focus on safe driving and staying out of a tornado's destructive path and still get the camera shot. I have it so I can quickly turn left or right or tilt up or down. As you can see on the far left of my steering wheel I have a phone holder. That holds my phone that is running my Radar Omega app, so at a glance I can see my spotter dot in relation of the storm I'm getting close to, so my focus stays on driving safe.

This is the far right of my dashboard which has the control panel for the weather station that's mounted on top of my truck. Again, I have it so when on a storm I can glance over at it without taking my focus off driving or be parked and be taking atmospheric measurements on location of a storm I'm chasing.
